Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Order ID

• Reason for cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within:

5-7 Business Days

Refund will be issued to:

• Original payment method

• Store credit (optional)

COD Orders

COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Frequent COD cancellations may result in account restriction.
